Booking Procedures & Cancellation Policy
Wingmaster Outfitting Ltd. must confirm all bookings before they are finalized. 50% payment of each hunt is required to book a hunt and until the deposit is received the hunt will remain available for sale.
The 50% deposit is non-refundable but is transferable if a replacement hunter for a cancelled hunt is found. It is the responsibility of the hunter to find his/her own replacement and contact Wingmaster Outfitting Ltd. with the change.
The balance of the hunt cost must be paid in full within the allotted time of the payment conditions. Should a replacement hunter be found and payment in full is received by Wingmaster Outfitting Ltd. within the payment conditions, then no financial loss will result to the original hunter.
Payment in full of a hunt account balance is due 60 days prior to the hunt date. Should the balance of the hunt price not be paid 60 days prior to the hunt date Wingmaster Outfitting Ltd. reserves the right to resell the hunt with no compensation to the hunter.
